Janurary Excercise?
If you have made a New Years resolution this year then the chances are you are planning to do some form of exercise. Which is the best form of excercise to take?
Gym
The gym can be a great place to go to not only to exercise but for help on exactly what you need to do so lose that weight or work on those muscles. There are always trainers around that can help you out and help you to decide on what to do. However the major problem with this is that it can be very expensive and if you are not going with friends and are without an iPod you are going to be pretty bored. Although many gyms are affordable it is also true to say that the decent ones aren't cheap which means you may have to make sacrifices.
Running
Running is a really good way to get a bit of exercise. The air is freshest in the early mornings and evenings which is why I would certainly say this is the best time to go out for a run. This is certainly something that can be good for the body as it will slowly introduce it to the excercise. Many people do not like running and this is down to the fact that they are doing it in public and feel uncomfortable.
Cycling
Cycling is another huge form of exercise and there seems to be more and more people out there riding to work as the years go on. I believe that the number of people that use bikes will only increase as more people seem to be caring about the environment. Once again it would seem that the problem comes because it is costly. Look around for the best Zipp Wheels and Cycling Shoes as well as looking for the best bike like a Trek Madone.
There are of course alternatives to these and some of them you may not think of first such as using Wii Fit on the Nintendo Wii. The real truth behind it is do what you feel is right for you.
