Every year, France hosts the world’s most famous and grueling cycle race, the Tour de France which sees the race of the finish along the Champs Elysees in Paris. Another major event in Paris is one of the highlights of the horse racing calender, the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe which draws spectators from the UK, Ireland and round the world. You don’t need to travel to France for a major horse racing event with tours to Royal Ascot every June.
